AVL receives the signals from Global Positioning Satellites (GPS) and relays the location information to the dispatcher's computer where it can show up on a map.
   

Conventional 2-Way Radios

The GPS receiver is interfaced with the 2-Way Radio which transmits the information to the base station. The base station is interfaced with the computer and the location and other information is displayed by the computer. This system is also capable of sending and receiving text or status messages.The radios are still capable of transmitting and receiving voice messages.

     
             

Omega GPS2000

The GPS2000 is designed to check or track the locations of vehicles occasionally using a computer. It does many other functions. It can send an alert if the vehicle exceeds a designated speed, if your alarm is going off, or if low voltage is detected. Using a telephone you can start the vehicle remotely, disable the starter, flash the lights & blow the horn, and lock & unlock the doors.

 

Blackbox GPS

We offer mobile and portable GPS units that can be used to locate and track vehicle and/or individuals using a computer logged into the tracking site.
